Our Account Management Team is your contact partner at OTHEB and supports you in all requests for service. Our customer service provides you with detailed anonymized reports on usage. The data interpretation in the reports of the Account Management Team is usually the basis of the annual talks with the customer, which takes place by phone or in person at the company.
