Located in the far north of Germany, our home port of Kiel, we love to be so close to the Kiel Fjord, while also benefitting from the flexibility of our crew.

In line with our vision, we have expanded our transparent and modular product portfolio to include insurances and health funds as additional business fields.
Managing Director Manuela Görcke founded the company and is keeping a firm hand on the rudder.
Her interest in local corporate cultures in combination with her fascination for the Anglo-American pioneering spirit led her to appreciate the incredible potential offered by Employee Assistance. Manuela Görcke resolutely set the sails – with a clear focus on sailing to success. She has always kept her enthusiasm to further develop the EAP concepts and adjust them to the specific needs of an international corporate landscape.
In her role as member of the regional board of the Association of German Women Entrepreneurs (VdU), the OTHEB founder has been supporting other women in hoisting the anchor and venturing to new entrepreneurial shores for many years.
Michael A. Dirks has been working at OTHEB since 2018 and is responsible for sales, account management, HR, legal and business development.
Previously, he spent 23 years in the insurance industry, including 17 years as head of various areas from contract processing to claims and product development. At OTHEB, he is also in charge of developing assistance products for the insurance industry as well as the digitalization strategy.
Our advice is only as good as the attitudes, values and experience of our employees. Therefore, we have very high quality requirements for the training and expertise of our consultants. Complex trainee programs, regular supervision sessions and a range of internal and external training ensures our quality standards and makes sure that every consultation is given extensive attention. All prerequisites for good consultation require an important factor for success: motivation. Because only motivated employees create satisfied customers and users. Therefore, our corporate culture is based on solid working and leadership values, such as transparency, fairness and appreciation.
